Rocks will be looking to bounce back from their BBL Cup Final loss last weekend when they go back on the road to face Plymouth Raiders and Cheshire Phoenix away from home.
This will be Rocks fourth matchup of the season, having lost to them twice in the league but defeating them in the BBL Cup at Plymouth Pavillions. Raiders are on a bit of a roll of present, having handed both Newcastle Eagles and Sheffield Sharks defeats in the league. However they have also been unpredictable in other games such as a couple of weeks ago when they fell at the hands of Cheshire Phoenix.
Rocks frontcourt of Rashad Hassan and Donte Nicholas has been running ragged in the BBL with each averaging 20 points and 17 points respectively to go along with 8 rebounds. Point guard Josh Wilcher is also a tricky matchup for many opposing point guards with his ability to find his man and shoot the three ball.
Rocks take on Plymouth Raiders on Friday night at 7:30 Pm in Plymouth Pavillions.
Next up on Sunday afternoon Rocks travel to Cheshire Phoenix for the first time this season to meet them for the second time in the league. In their last matchup, it went down to the wire after Kenny Carpenter hit a game-tying shot to send the game to OT which Rocks would then go on to win 101-96.

With big man CJ Ghettys causing havoc in the paint so far this season, with averages of 15 points and 10 rebounds per game, this will put a lot of focus on the paint. However, Rocks will also need to be wary of Phoenix’s perimeter threat caused by Momcilo Latinovic who is currently shooting 48% from three so far in the league.
Rocks take on Cheshire Phoenix on Sunday at 5:30 PM at Cheshire Oaks Arena.
