Rocks look to protect home court tomorrow against visiting Plymouth Raiders

Plymouth Raiders make the trip to the Emirates tonight, to take on your Glasgow Rocks in the BBL Championship. Having already matched up this season down in the Plymouth Pavillions, the Glasgow boys will be looking to rectify the narrow 4-point loss from last time around.

Rocks are looking slightly different compared to that fateful night, American Guard Greg Pryor is still questionable with his injury, that has side-lined him for the past week or so, meaning he will play fleeting minutes today.

Plymouth themselves have made a big addition, all 6’ 8” of Rashad Hassan. The former 2 time BBL team of the year player has spent time away playing in Australia after previously kitting up for Loughborough and London in past seasons. The big man has been averaging 18.1 points this season in Australia after previously putting up 17.7 ppg while with the Riders. An offensive threat, Hassan will certainly take some defensive focus.

Coming off an impressive win over Worcester last weekend, our boys will be feeling confident, particularly Gareth Murray and Bouna Ndiaye as they combined for 42 of the Rocks 89 points.

Make sure you are in attendance tonight as the boys look for their second home win of the season, if not be sure to follow us on all of our social media outlets and watch the game live on livebasketball.tv!
