Rocks looking for Club Administrator & Gameday Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a Club Administrator & Gameday Operations Manager to join the team at the Glasgow Rocks.

The job descriptions for each role are as follows:

Game Day Operations Manager

Part Time 3 days per week to include game days (Friday nights and/or Sunday afternoons)

Based Emirates Arena

Salary – £10K per year

  • Game Day Operations
    • Complete Game Day Production
    • All staffing – paid and volunteer
    • Running order + PA’s + Entertainment
    • Sponsor activation in line with sponsor agreements/contracts
    • BBL stats + table requirements – necessary admin
    • Concourse and Court set-up (including merchandise, courtside boards etc)
    • Box Office + Concourse management
    • Venue Liaison
    • Fixture arrangement
    • Game Day finances/revenue tracker
  • Ticketing
    • All Gameday ticketing
    • Ticket sales
    • Season tickets
    • Sponsor and Corporate Ticketing
    • Group Bookings

 

Club Administrator

Full Time including some weekends (gamedays)

Based – Emirates Arena

Salary £18-20K PA

 

  • General club administration
    • All aspects of club administration and general office management
  • Marketing Management
    • Social media, partner activation etc
  • Player Management/Administration
    • Player Management, housing, cars, finances, visas
  • Basketball Development
    • Co-ordination of all Rocks Basketball Camps/initiatives, governing body, league
  • Travel
    • Co-ordinate all team and player travel (domestic and international)
  • Office Management
    • Phone, general admin, info@
  • Compliance
    • PCI DSS, Insurance etc
